About the role

The role will be accountable for end-to-end engineering delivery, business profitability (P&L ownership), and client satisfaction.

What you'll do

  • Strategic & Business Leadership
  • Define and execute the design & engineering strategy for port infrastructure (container terminals, bulk cargo berths, liquid jetties, breakwaters
  • Manage P&L for the design & engineering vertical , ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and cost efficiency
  • Support business development & proposals by defining engineering scope, methodologies, and costings
  • Drive digital transformation (BIM, 3D modeling, simulation tools) to enhance design efficiency and quality

What you need

  • 20–30 yrs of experience
  • AutoCAD
  • SAP
  • ANSYS
  • Revit
  • STAAD Pro
  • Safety management
  • B.Tech or B.E. or M.Tech

Good to have

  • 3D modelling
  • Cash flow
