About the role

Expand and manage distributor networks while ensuring commercial and operational excellence. We're looking for someone who has: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business Administration. 15-20 years of sales leadership experience within the medical devices, healthcare technology, or related sectors.

• Lead a high-impact business across North India
• Drive growth in a market-leading healthcare firm
• Drive regional revenue growth across medical devices, consumables, and service offerings
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans across multiple states in North India
• Identify and convert new business opportunities within private, corporate, government, and institutional healthcare segments
