What you'll do

Drive M&A strategy, origination, and pipeline development across infrastructure opportunities
Identify and evaluate opportunities through market intelligence, regulatory tracking, and competitor analysis
Lead end-to-end transaction execution, including valuation, due diligence, structuring, and negotiations
Present investment recommendations, key risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership and committees
Manage cross-functional stakeholders and external advisors throughout the deal lifecycle
