What you'll do

  • Design and implement the annual employee engagement calendar and strategy
  • Partner with leadership to create initiatives that drive inclusion, recognition, and organizational culture
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive employee well-being framework covering physical, emotional, mental, and financial health
  • Introduce wellness programs, workshops, and awareness campaigns in partnership with external experts
  • Measure and track the impact of well-being initiatives on engagement, productivity, and retention
