About the role

This role bridges global offer strategy with India market execution for IDPAC Activity within Industrial Automation BU, combining portfolio ownership and roadmap, go-to-market leadership, commercial performance, and customer-backed innovation across industrial automation segments. Responsibilities- Lead and grow IDPAC Offer portfolio for Greater India with ownership of offers across ePAC Controllers, DCS, Open SDA, connectivity and related software’s.

What you'll do

• Translate global PAC Process Automation Controllers offer roadmaps into India-relevant portfolio choices, unique value propositions, launch priorities
• Build a differentiated offer strategy for target segments with sharp focus on growth, profitability and market-share expansion
• Champion OPEN software-defined open automation by positioning hardware-independent
• Act as the strategic and operational reference point between Global teams, India Sales, Segment Marketing, Prescription

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience

• B.Tech or B.E. or MBA
