About the role

Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, HR, Payroll, Sales, and CRM modules. Manage implementation partners, system integrators, and external consultants. Drive on-time, on-budget go-live with minimum business disruption. Lead user training, change management, and post-go-live stabilisation.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, HR, Payroll, Sales, and CRM modules
• Manage implementation partners, system integrators, and external consultants
• Drive on-time, on-budget go-live with minimum business disruption
• Lead user training, change management, and post-go-live stabilisation
• Establish ERP governance, master data management, access controls, and SOPs
