About the role

Proven track record in commercial office leasing and deal closures with 6-10 years of relevant experience Expertise in lease negotiations, documentation (LOI, ATL, Lease Deed) and transaction management Commercially astute with strong financial analysis, deal structuring and market intelligence capabilities

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain a robust leasing pipeline to achieve occupancy and revenue objectives
• Analyse commercial and financial aspects of leasing transactions to ensure alignment with business goals
• Establish strong relationships with occupiers, property consultants, brokers, and market intermediaries
• Lead new leasing transactions, lease renewals, extensions, and expiry negotiations
• Drive rental growth and outperform annual business plan targets
