DGM - Partnerships & Alliances

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive Mahindra Group’s growth through strategic acquisitions, partnerships, and alliances. This role will involve identifying high-value opportunities, structuring deals, and performing thorough due diligence. As DGM, you will work closely with senior leadership to align deals with long-term business objectives and ensure seamless execution with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, finance, legal, HR, and operations) to ensure smooth evaluation, execution, and integration
• External Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with external advisors, investment banks, legal teams, and consultants to streamline deals
• Market Research & Business Intelligence: Stay on top of industry trends and emerging opportunities to shape M&A strategies and corporate investments

What you need
