DGM Sales (Switchgear, 10+ yrs, Lucknow/Kolkata)

About the role

A successful DGM Sales should have: Atleast 10+ years of experience in sales in MV switchgear domain Proven skills in key account management and relationship building.

What you'll do

• Drive business growth by generating enquiries and securing orders within the MV switchgear & allied portfolio
• Identify customer requirements and deliver tailored technical & commercial solutions
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals aligned with customer and tender specifications
• Lead negotiations and close deals while meeting defined sales and margin targets
• Manage end-to-end order execution, including delivery coordination and payment collection
