About the role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Dietitian to provide nutritional guidance and diet planning for hospital patients. The candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional requirements, preparing customized diet plans, monitoring dietary progress, and educating patients about healthy eating habits in accordance with their medical conditions and treatment plans.

What you'll do

• Assess patients' nutritional needs based on their health conditions, medical history, and dietary requirements
• Prepare customized diet plans for patients according to their medical conditions and treatment protocols
• Provide nutritional counseling to patients and their family members
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals regarding patients' dietary requirements
• Monitor patients' nutritional progress and modify diet plans as required

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
• Counselling
• Patient care
• Documentation
• Food safety
• Any graduate
