Digital Analyst

About the role

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Google Analytics, dashboard development, experimentation, and automation. This role requires translating complex data into actionable business recommendations, driving continuous optimization, and improving the efficiency and scalability of analytics and reporting processes.

What you'll do

• Analyze website, app, and digital marketing performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
• Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and performance reports, providing actionable insights to business stakeholders
• Leverage Google Analytics (GA4) to analyze customer behavior, evaluate digital performance, and measure campaign effectiveness
• Design and execute A/B experiments in collaboration with marketing and product teams, including hypothesis development, measurement, and results analysis
• Drive automation of recurring reports, dashboards, and analytics workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
