About the role

In this hybrid role, acting as the Platform Owner for both the Atlassian suite and Miro product, you will focus on execution of operational workflows and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability and user adoption across platforms. This role will work in close collaboration with the Digital and NPI PMO teams to establish standard methodology processes and promote standard Scaled Agile practices.

Manage user access, permissions, and security settings
Provide recommendations for annual contract management
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including debugging and QA-related problems
