About the role

To analyze digital banking performance, customer behavior, and operational metrics, providing actionable insights that support digital adoption, customer experience, and business growth. Own and execute end-to-end UAT cycles for new features, product enhancements Prepare and maintain comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and test cases.

What you'll do

• Analyze digital banking performance, customer behavior, and operational metrics, providing actionable insights that support digital adoption, customer experience
• Own and execute end-to-end UAT cycles for new features, product enhancements
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and test cases
• Identify, document, and track bugs/issues and work with IT & vendors for timely closure
• Drive quality metrics to reduce post-production defects and improve release quality

What you need

• 4–6 yrs of experience
