What you'll do

Conduct outside-in research on industry trends, competitor campaigns, consumer behaviour and best practices across industries
Evaluate existing marketing campaigns, processes and customer journeys, identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness and customer experience
Develop and pitch innovative campaign ideas, digital initiatives and customer engagement concepts
Assist in market research, customer insights, social listening and performance analysis to uncover actionable recommendations
Collaborate with Brand, Digital, Product and Business teams to translate ideas into execution
