About the role

Job Name - GDS Digital Engineering I&E Leader The establishment of a GDS Digital Engineering Leader for Industrial & Energy (I&E) is essential to drive strategic growth and significantly increase GDS integration within I&E accounts by shifting from a fragmented, competency-led delivery model to a solution-led, engineering-centric approach.

What you'll do

  • Work across EY GDS, EY member firms, and enablement functions to solve complex client problems
  • Bring multiple solution options; guide the client to outcome-based engineering roadmaps
  • Apply creative, pragmatic, and technology-led approaches to address engineering modernization constraints
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and delivery-ready while meeting timelines and cost targets
