Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

This is a hands-on, data-driven role for someone who understands how to turn advertising budgets into business results. You’ll manage paid campaigns, analyze performance, improve conversion efficiency, and continuously test audiences, creatives, messaging, and channels. You’ll be accountable for metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue impact — not just clicks and impressions.

• Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and overall performance
