What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end transformation advisory engagements across Finance & Accounting operations, from diagnostic and opportunity assessment through future-state design
• Assess current-state processes, organization, governance, controls, service delivery, data, and technology; identify root causes, pain points, value leakage
• Design target operating models and future-state processes across relevant F&A towers such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, FP&A, Treasury, etc
• Identify and prioritize transformation strategies ex. process standardization, shared services/GBS, workflow, analytics, ERP enhancement, Automation, AI, and GenAI
• Build robust business cases using process volumes, effort, cost, productivity, cycle time, control, and experience metrics

What you need
