Digital Service Content Creator

About the role

IG Group is a FTSE 100 fintech operating across five continents, serving over 1.3m customers and handling billions of dollars in transactions – built on scale, trust, and proof. We didn't pivot to innovation; it's how we've always operated. What that means for the people who work here is real: genuinely complex problems to solve, the technology and resources to tackle them properly, and the kind of scope that's rare in established businesses.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Help & Support content across 20+ regions: making requested edits, auditing existing content
• Structure and write content that serves both human readers and our AI chatbot
• Work directly with stakeholders across our global regions to gather and validate the information behind content updates, from fee and rate changes to new product launches
• Investigate incorrect, incomplete or inconsistent responses from our AI chatbot, performing root cause analysis and taking the appropriate corrective action
• Build strong working knowledge of IG's products, platforms and regulatory environment; a background in financial services content is a strong plus
