About the role
We are looking for highly motivated graduate engineers who want to shape the next generation of AI-native software engineering. As a Graduate AI-Native Engineer / Agentic AI Engineer, you will work closely with our European delivery organization and the Head of AI Enablement, ABD Practice Europe.
What you'll do
- Build reusable accelerators for Agentic SDLC and AI-native software development
- Develop AI agents and multi-agent solutions using hyperscaler platforms
- Create prototypes, reference implementations and reusable AI engineering components
- Work on RAG, tool calling, orchestration, evaluation, observability, guardrails and LLMOps
- Experiment with modern coding agents such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code and OpenAI Codex
