About the role

We are looking for an experienced Dimensional Management Engineers with a background in the automobile industry (Body in White & Exterior/Interior). If you know someone who would be a great fit, please refer them!

What you'll do

Define measurement systems, locator strategies, and tolerance specifications for BiW components and exterior trims
Ensure robustness of measurement systems from part fabrication to complete BiW
Analyze functional requirements and create measurement strategies for module fitment
Align tolerance concepts with stakeholders and perform 1D, 2D, or 3D tolerance stack-up studies to mitigate production risks
Execute tolerance simulation in 3DCS to validate manufacturing robustness
