人力资源总监将直接向酒店总经理报告，与人力资源地区高级总监之间存在间接（职能）报告关系，并将成为酒店执行委员会中的一员。作为人力资源组织的成员，他/她为指定的酒店提供高水准的人力资源综合知识和专业知识。他/她将负责人才招聘、接班人/员工队伍规划、绩效管理和酒店员工培养，高效采用技术，并以最有效的方式指导/培养其他人帮助影响和实现业务目标。他/她通常以相当高的独立性开展工作，制定流程以实现符合更广泛业务宗旨的目标。此外，他/她还利用与酒店和品牌策略相一致的人力资源业务计划，提供能促进业务成功的人力资源服务。 在经认可的大学取得人力资源、工商管理或相关专业的两年制学位；4 年人力资源、管理运营或相关专业领域工作经验。
