About the role

This leader will shape the India operating model and connect it to UKG’s broader delivery strategy—advancing quality, speed, predictability, productivity, and customer experience. The role partners across Global Services, Partner Delivery, Sales, Product, Engineering, Enablement, and Support to create a seamless path from solution design through adoption and value realization.
