Direct Sourcing Lead – APAC

About the role

The Direct Sourcing Leader – APAC is responsible for accelerating supplier performance and drive improvements in key areas for Cytiva from Quality, Cost, Delivery and Security perspective for a portfolio of suppliers.

What you'll do

• Develop, communicate and execute Sourcing strategies for a local portfolio of suppliers, ensuring cost efficiency
• Participate in New Product Introduction projects as well as activities related to quality and fulfilment
• Perform continuous monitoring and development of suppliers together with Supplier Delivery Leaders and Supplier Quality
• Act as local escalation point for buyers in case of poor delivery performance from suppliers
• Negotiates favorable terms, volume discounts and long-term contracts with suppliers, and prepares and processes requisitions and purchase orders for the procurement of
