What you'll do

• India Entity Accounting & Financial Governance: Own the accounting and financial governance of the Indian legal entity, overseeing financial close
• Cost-Plus & Intercompany Operations: Manage the India entity's cost-plus arrangement with the US parent, including operating expenses, intercompany funding
• Audit & Regulatory Compliance : Lead India entity statutory and group component audits, partnering with Big Four audit firms and JCSS to ensure timely audits
• Payroll, Payments & Vendor Management: Oversee India payroll, vendor payments, expense processing and related financial operations, ensuring appropriate funding
• India Office Operations & Leadership Support: Partner with founders and executive leadership on India office administration and operational matters

What you need

• 10–15 yrs of experience
• Accounting
• Reconciliation
• Month-end close
• Internal controls
• Accounts payable
• Ind AS
• Any graduate
