What you'll do

• Reporting to the Chief Scientific Officer, you’ll partner closely with Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacology, Non-Clinical
• Provide scientific leadership on ADME–SAR, partnering with Medicinal Chemistry teams to improve druggability and guide compound optimization
• Define and execute DMPK strategies across early discovery, lead optimization, and candidate selection
• Lead the design, execution, interpretation, and communication of in vitro and in vivo ADME studies, including PK/PD strategy and bioanalytical methods
• Build and lead a high-performing ADME organization, including talent development, SOPs, scientific capabilities, lab operations, CAPEX/OPEX planning, data integrity
