About the role

The role will shape the brand across digital, in-app, social, content, campaigns, PR, and customer touchpoints , ensuring strong national scale while maintaining cultural relevance and authenticity.

What you'll do

Own brand strategy, positioning, narrative, tone of voice, and brand architecture
Lead creative direction across visual identity, motion, audio, copy, and brand guidelines
Own brand experience across digital, in-app, onboarding, campaigns, and key customer touchpoints
Lead social, PR, earned media, and cultural storytelling
Develop and lead integrated brand campaigns across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels
