What you'll do

• Responsible for Service Quality and Customer Centricity Assurance
• Create P2P process community made up of regional SMEs to ensure alignment across regions and share common issues and best practice
• Provide leadership and technical direction for the Finance staff of the region and develops a vision and strategy for operational excellence
• Own and maintain Country /regional level transactional Issue / Action Tracker for P2P and Govern closure of open items
• Manage operating manpower requirements based on Annual operating plan (AoP) for the process tower; achieve constant efficiency in the GCC’s operational capacity
