Director, Cash-In Engineering Partner

About the role

We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Director, CashIn‑ Engineering Partner to lead the engineering strategy, delivery, and transformation for all cashin/Order to Cash‑ processes across the Group. This role will own the engineering agenda across complex billing, rating, charging, and invoicing platforms—driving the next generation of our billing landscape while ensuring operational excellence today.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the engineering strategy for all cash-in, billing, rating, and revenue‑ ‑related platforms across the Group
• Serve as the single engineering owner for ORMB, SAP SD, and associated billing systems
• Lead the design and implementation of the Group-wide Billing Transformation Programme , modernising legacy platforms into scalable, modular, cloud-ready‑ architectures
• Establish long-term roadmaps aligned with Finance, Group Commercial, Enterprise Billing, and Engineering strategies
• Engineering Delivery & Oversight
