About the role

The Director Clinical Data Management Programming supervises a management team within the department ensuring delivery across all project requirements. The role involves leading and implementing strategies to ensure overall department success.

What you'll do

• Provide department leadership guiding overall operations and management of resources to allow for growth of group and individuals
• Participate in long-range strategic planning, development of departmental business plan, and departmental budget
• Communicate company and department policies and priorities to department staff and assuring compliance
• Ensure appropriate personnel resources are applied to department projects based on priorities and relative complexity
