About the role

This role is responsible for developing and establishing a comprehensive and dynamic internal quality assurance system ensuring the highest standards of educational quality and continuous improvement of program’s quality at NCDOE. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance processes and procedures to enhance the overall educational experience for students and stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement internal quality assurance policies, procedures, and systems in alignment with UGC guidelines, institutional goals
• Devise mechanisms to ensure that quality of ODL and OL programmes matches with quality of relevant programmes in conventional mode
• Devise mechanisms for interaction with and obtaining feedback from all stakeholders, learners, teachers, staff, parent, society
• Suggest measures to authorities at HEI for qualitative improvement
• Design and implement assessment tools, surveys, and evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness of educational programs, curriculum, and instructional methods
