Director Close & Control

About the role

You will lead Close & Control for global teams from India, partnering with regional and global finance colleagues to deliver timely, accurate financial close, strong controls, and clear reporting. You will manage internal teams and external partners, work with auditors, and provide actionable insights to business leaders.

What you'll do

• Ensure consistent, high-quality close and control outcomes across markets and service models
• Maintain and strengthen internal control frameworks and execute control testing and remediation plans
• Lead statutory and internal audit engagements, providing timely evidence and responses to auditor queries
• Oversee key accounting areas such as inventory, fixed assets, intercompany and cash/banking as part of the close scope
• Implement digital solutions and process improvements to reduce manual effort and improve data quality
