About the role

Lead and manage multidisciplinary Design and Verification teams responsible for advanced silicon products, including PCIe Switches, Retimers, CXL Controllers Drive technical strategy, architecture, design execution, and product innovations to support next-generation data center and AI infrastructure solutions

What you'll do

• Responsible for advanced silicon products, including PCIe Switches, Retimers, CXL Controllers
• Drive technical strategy, architecture, design execution, and product innovations to support next-generation data center and AI infrastructure solutions
• Collaborate effectively across global engineering organizations to achieve aggressive time-to-market (TTM) objectives
• Define architecture and implementation strategies aligned with business objectives, customer requirements, and technology roadmaps
• Oversee all phases of silicon development, including specification development, RTL design, functional verification, synthesis, timing closure
