Director - E-Commerce Ops & Site Reliability Engineering

About the role

The Director Engineering leads the design, Build, manage and mentor a strong team of onsite and offshore Ecommerce support and Site Reliability engineers to support E-commerce websites on SFCC platform. Ensure system availability (Service Level Objectives, Agreement and Indictor), reliability, scalability, and performance of sites across all brands.

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable systems, APIs, and microservices for customer-facing and enterprise platforms
• Drive the development of next-generation, scalable, composable eCommerce platforms supporting omnichannel experiences
• Build reusable platforms and services that accelerate product development
• Promote best practices across architecture, coding standards, and CI/CD

What you need
