About the role

As the Director of Engineering - International, you will lead the transformation of JioHotstar Engineering into a Global Tech Operation. The vision is to have a feature rich offering for our International users equivalent to our India offering while enabling the engineering teams across the organization to develop, verify and ship features efficiently.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the engineering vision and roadmap for International, aligned with JioHotstar’s product and business strategy
• Build and lead high-performing engineering teams across platform, backend, client, data, and machine learning disciplines
