Director Engineering, Security

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Director Engineering, Security to build and lead the engineering organization responsible for our next generation of Network and AI security products. You will be expected to operate at both the strategic and technical levels - defining architecture and engineering roadmap while remaining close enough to the code and infrastructure to drive critical technical decisions and managing/mentoring the team.

What you'll do

• Own product delivery through the complete lifecycle - requirements, architecture, development, testing, release, deployment, monitoring, customer adoption
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing software and security engineering organization
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• Behavioral and anomaly detection
• Work closely with PM and Field teams to understand customer pain points and rapidly translate them into product capabilities
