Director - Growth Marketing - (US Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a Director – Growth Marketing to lead our end-to-end growth strategy across customer acquisition, retention, product marketing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM). This role will own the growth funnel, drive pipeline and revenue targets, lead a high-performing team, and partner with Sales and Product to execute data-driven go-to-market strategies.

What you'll do

• Own the full growth funnel strategy: acquisition, retention/renewal, product marketing, and ABM
• Set and hit pipeline, retention, and revenue-influenced targets
• Lead and develop a small team of direct reports
• Report growth metrics and forecasts to executive leadership
• Set quarterly OKRs for each function under Growth and track progress
