Director Head of DevOps/Platform Engineering

About the role

Corporate Lending Technology is seeking an experienced and strategic Director, Head of DevOps, to lead the modernization of our engineering platform across flagship products.

What you'll do

• DevOps Strategy & Target Operating Platform
• Define and own the DevOps strategy and Target Operating Platform roadmap across all Lending Products
• Drive the organization's strategic shift to containerization, cloud-native, and cloud-agnostic architectures as the standard engineering baseline
• Partner with engineering leadership, architecture, and executive stakeholders to align the DevOps roadmap with business and technology strategy
• Champion a platform product mindset, treating internal engineering teams as customers, and continuously improving developer experience
