Anticipate emerging business and workforce requirements and proactively develop HR strategies that strengthen organizational capability across the diverse APMEA landscape

What you'll do

  • Partner with senior APMEA and global functional leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities and our 4i values
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders on organization effectiveness, leadership, talent, workforce strategy and culture
  • Translate enterprise and global strategies into APMEA workforce and talent priorities while bringing regional perspectives into global decision-making
