Director Imaging Operations Asia

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Imaging Operations – Asia to lead and manage the Imaging Operations (iOPs) department, with a primary focus on the Clinical Trials Imaging Specialists (CTIS) team across Asia and other regions as required.

What you'll do

• Contribute to the strategic direction of the Imaging Operations and CTIS departments, including defining annual goals, objectives, and growth initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and develop the CTIS team, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance work environment
• Drive the enhancement and optimization of imaging systems, including Medidata, PACS, OsiriX, and Clindex
• Review and improve departmental processes, procedures, training programs, support structures, and performance standards to strengthen efficiency and compliance
• Oversee imaging operations across the complete clinical trial lifecycle, from work orders and study startup through study conduct and closure
