Director, International Tax

About the role

The role is responsible for international tax planning, transfer pricing, global tax compliance oversight, tax risk management, and tax governance. The Director will partner closely with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Accounting, and business leadership to support global growth and the Company's tax strategy.

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee international tax activities across the Group's global operations
• Develop and implement the Group's global tax strategy, governance framework, and operating priorities
• Advise senior management on significant international tax matters and business initiatives
• Drive the development of the India-based GCC as a Global Tax Center of Excellence
• International Tax Planning and Compliance
