About the role

The team drives large-scale mainframe modernization and enterprise transformation for Tier-1 global banks. It combines deep technical expertise with business development and delivery leadership to modernize legacy platforms, accelerate cloud adoption, and build future-ready digital capabilities for global financial institutions.

What you'll do

Lead mainframe modernization and cloud transformation programs for global banking clients
Drive business development, strategic pursuits, revenue growth, and client relationships
Lead large-scale, multi-million-dollar transformation programs
Advise CIOs and CTOs on enterprise modernization and digital transformation
Build and scale modernization practices, capabilities, and strategic alliances
