Director - Marketing, Zee TV

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic candidate for the marketing and brand management team for Zee TV. This role is responsible for driving the channel’s brand vision and executing impactful marketing initiatives that enhance brand performance, consumer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing professional with a deep understanding of brand building, consumer behaviour, and integrated campaign management.

What you'll do

• Own and drive key brand metrics including Top of Mind (TOM) awareness, brand consideration, brand equity score
• Lead the planning and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns across television, digital, print, radio
• Lead the creative development process by collaborating with internal design teams and external agencies to deliver compelling creatives, brand films, digital assets
• Conceptualize and execute experiential marketing initiatives, such as city/state-level activations, roadshows, community engagement programs
• Conceptualize and implement innovative consumer engagement initiatives, both on-air and on-ground, that enhance viewer connect and loyalty
