Director – Master Data Management

About the role

The role is accountable for setting the strategic direction, governance framework, operating model, control environment and data quality agenda for Finance GBS master data while staying aligned to overall Enterprise MDM strategy. The Director will partner with global process owners, tower leads, Finance leadership, IT, compliance and audit teams to improve master data accuracy, strengthen controls, reduce downstream process issues

What you'll do

• Own the Finance GBS master data strategy, roadmap and operating model, covering both in-house and outsourced delivery
• Establish global policies, standards, controls, ownership and decision rights for Finance master data
• Provide governance across master data domains, regions and systems, including prioritization, escalation and exception management
