About the role
You will own internal capability development and work closely with Databricks Learning and Enablement teams to turn partner training opportunities into structured programs that improve delivery performance. Strengthen hands-on technical skills, solution design, troubleshooting, scoping, customer communication, stakeholder management and ownership of delivery outcomes.
