What you'll do

• Lead Manage team in Bangalore, India fostering collaboration, accountability, ownership, inclusion, continuous learning, knowledge sharing and engineering excellence
• Collaborate with product, program and IB team to align engineering efforts with customer and business objectives
• Define and Execute Execute engineering programs and strategies enabling AI assisted development, automation, verification to accelerate delivery
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with product management, program management, quality
• Work with different GE healthcare businesses at JFWTC and look for opportunities and drive collaboration/reuse between businesses
