About the role

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Sales to lead our sales team in ibis Jaipur City Centre, India. In this pivotal role, you will drive revenue growth, develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, and build a high-performing team that consistently exceeds targets.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all market segments, including corporate, group, and leisure business
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a keen focus on market trends and competitive landscape
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to ensure repeat business, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships
• Analyze market data and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize market positioning
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
