Director of Sales

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing initiatives in Gurugram, India. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance brand positioning, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement integrated sales strategies and tactics that align with the organization's strategic plan and drive revenue growth in the Gurugram market
• Lead revenue management initiatives to maximize revenues and yields based on market demand, competitive positioning, and growth objectives
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to develop new revenue streams and create value by challenging existing processes and driving innovation
• Provide market intelligence and economic trend analysis to inform sales strategy, exceed customer expectations, and maintain competitive advantage
• Build, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales and marketing leadership team, fostering professional development and creating clear action plans for growth
