What you'll do

  • Develop and execute the hotel's pre-opening sales and marketing strategy in alignment with ownership and brand objectives
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive positioning, and segmentation to inform the commercial business plan
  • Drive pre-opening business development across corporate, group, and leisure segments to establish base business
  • Oversee development and execution of the pre-opening marketing plan, including brand launch, public relations, and digital presence
  • Recruit, hire, and develop the sales, catering, and marketing team
