Director Operations || Global Retail Electronics

About the role

We're looking for someone who has: Holds a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent discipline. Brings 18+ years of manufacturing/plant operations experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Has strong experience in complex, customer-driven manufacturing environments, with project-based manufacturing exposure highly preferred.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end operations covering Production, Maintenance, Production Planning & Control (PPC), Stores, Logistics, and Procurement
• Drive manufacturing performance across quality, cost, delivery, safety, productivity, and profitability
• Develop and execute production strategies aligned with customer requirements and overall business objectives
• Lead operations within a dynamic, project-based and customer-driven manufacturing environment with changing priorities and delivery requirements
• Improve operational visibility, predictability, capacity planning, and resource utilization across manufacturing
