About the role

The CS Site Manager is a key management role responsible for leading the establishment of ASML’s first site in India and building an organization that can support the customer’s increasing operational needs from start-up through ramp-up. This role oversees operational and technical readiness, supports new product introductions, and ensures stable daily operations through a skilled, motivated, and sustainable team.
